What is provided?
There is a very specific description of what is provided in each one of our retreat cottages. Please go to the tabs on the left to see pictures and for more details about each retreat.
We also provide:
All bedding
Towels- both kitchen and bath - starting September 15, 2011!
Bathroom soap and shampoo
White paper and Ink for the printers
Kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc.
Paper towels and Toilet paper
Dishwasher Soap
Coffee filters
What do I need to bring?
Food- (unless you are purchasing a Full Service Retreat- which we recommend you do- it really is a good value!)
Napkins and any paper plates that you may want-remember your kitchen is fully equipped.
How much is the deposit?
*A $300 deposit for groups of 6 to 10 is required to reserve a weekend retreat.
*An $800 deposit for groups of 20 is required to reserve a weekend retreat.
*All balances are paid upon arrival to Clamshell Beach or at departure depending on prior arrangements made.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change a weekend we will allow one change to be made as long as it’s done during the same season the reservation was initially made for.
When is check-in and when to do I have to check-out?
Check in is 9:00am or later on Friday
Check out is 6:00pm or earlier on Sunday
Thursday arrivals - call for check in time
Monday departures is by 6:00pm
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is allowed at Clamshell Beach- BYOB
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed outside only!
What is your pet policy?
No pets are allowed at Clamshell Beach. We know many of our guest have pets they must leave behind. This may be a little easier on some of you who can’t bear to leave your poochies too far behind. Give any one of these Pet Lodges a call. We are hearing wonderful things about our local Pet Hotels. Some have indoor pools, full grooming and TV’s in their rooms. Here is a list from closest to farthest away.

This pet resort is located approx 8 miles away on Cty Rd 11 in Breezy Point.
